Our Structured Process

Titanium Building Group focuses on small-scale residential development in the GTA. We help homeowners convert properties into income-generating multiplexes and legal secondary units through a structured design-build process.

1. Property Feasibility Review

We review your lot, zoning and site conditions to determine what type of multiplex or additional unit can be built under current municipal regulations.

2. Budget Planning

We outline a realistic construction budget based on size, scope, servicing needs and finish level so expectations are clear from the start.

3. Zoning and Design Work

We coordinate architectural drawings and engineering while ensuring the design aligns with zoning by-laws and Ontario Building Code requirements.

4. Permit Submission

We prepare and submit permit applications to the municipality and respond to comments until approval is granted.

5. Construction

Our team manages the full build, including scheduling trades, inspections and quality control through each stage of construction.

6. Final Inspection and Occupancy​

We complete required inspections, address any deficiencies and obtain occupancy approval so the units are ready for use.
