Mickey Bian
President & CEO

An expert in business development and a successful entrepreneur, Mickey has a proven record of establishing new businesses using his exceptional vision, passion, and dedication. Previously worked with companies like EEIGI and Trump Residences Toronto, Mickey understands the real estate of the market and how to navigate in the market while providing excellent customer service to customers. Mickey has extensive construction material market knowledge, as he invested and operates Canada XF Ltd., a manufacturer that sells and installs certified aluminum windows, doors and sunroom products. Mickey now is focusing on developing Titanium Development Homes to help more customers designing and building their dream homes.

Alexander Chow
Design & Development Director

Alexander is a Development Director. He had been working for 20 years in Civil Consultant, Real Estate, Architect and Builder companies such as Cole Engineering Group, Ho & Partner Architects (Hong Kong) and Mason Homes etc. He was a Senior Designer and Land Artist with civil consultant companies for more than 10 years of designing and managing civil design projects on both site plans and subdivision developments. His work covered almost 8000 units of developments with his strong vision to compile a development for developers from planning, engineering, and architecture perspective. Alexander has built a tremendous network with his customers, trades, and supplier thanks to his excellent work quality and ethic, down-to-earth personality, and driven attitude. 

Armstrong Guo
Business Management

​Armstrong is an entrepreneur and a business consultant with years of project management experience. Utilizing his knowledge gained in his MBA program and Project Management Professional (PMP)® study, Armstrong specialized in delivering innovative business and product solutions, and has experience in overseeing day-to-day operations and providing consulting services to companies leveraging on his extensive business knowledge to address process gaps in order to maximize productivity. He also had previous experience in financial services and marketing fields. Armstrong prefers an analytical approach to business matters and enjoys creating unique solutions.
